Ready set of reagents for  staining of tuberculous bacteria in urine, sputum, cerebrospinal fluid and other human tuberculosis material for the primary diagnosis of tuberculosis.  The method is based on the fact that as a result of interaction with dyes, microorganisms acquire a pronounced color, which makes it possible to distinguish them by shape and color, as well as to calculate their number.
